Sample organization. Every code, count and name in these cards is made up.
| Binders and shared drives | Spreadsheets | Accreditation OS | |
|---|---|---|---|
| When a rule changes | You find out at survey | Someone has to notice, then edit every row | Policies that cite it are flagged the day it changes |
| One drill record | Copied into each binder | One row per standard, kept by hand | Attached once, counted for every standard that asks |
| Readiness | A feeling | A percentage someone typed | A score that opens to its evidence and its gaps |
| Surveyor visit | Boxes on a table | A file sent the night before | Read-only access that ends on a date you set |
| Price | Staff time | Staff time | Public, set by revenue, programs, locations and people |
A surveyor arrives. You open one view with the policies, the proof and the training records the visit covers, and nothing else. When the visit ends, so does the access.
You decide what is in the view and the date it ends. Every opening is on the record.
