One requirement. Every source.

A concept is our wording of one requirement. It maps to every accreditor standard and law that asks for it, so your team works it once and sees each source it satisfies.

Work the concept. See every citation.

Each concept carries its own ID, the reason it applies to your organization and one row for every source that asks for it. Missing proof stays visible as missing.

What it does

Written once, cited everywhere it applies.

  • One concept, many citations

Each citation is a provision. A concept maps to many of them, filed by source type, body, department and manual or program.

  • Only what applies to you

You choose your state, licenses and accrediting bodies. The library shows the concepts that apply, and says why.

  • Our words, your manual

Citation numbers, our own wording and the mappings are shown to everyone. The exact text of a standard is shown only to organizations entitled to that edition.

  • Changes you can follow

When a source changes, the concepts and policies that cite it are flagged. A person reviews each mapping before it reaches customers.

Questions

Before you ask.

Do you reproduce the accreditor's standards?

No. Concepts are written in our own words. Verbatim standard text is shown only from the licensed manual, and only to organizations entitled to that edition.

Who maps a concept to a citation?

Mappings are proposed and then reviewed by a person before they are released. The Assistant can help propose them, and it is never what releases them.

Which sources are mapped today?

The coverage page lists each accreditor, law and state with an honest status: available, in progress or planned.
