It proposes. People decide.
With the AI Consultant add-on, the Assistant answers questions and drafts changes. It names the sources it used, and nothing changes until a named person accepts it.
A draft with its sources, waiting for a person.
A proposal shows what would change and the basis for it. You accept, edit or dismiss it, and the acceptance is recorded with your name.
Sample organization. Every code, count and name in these cards is made up.
Part of the AI Consultant.
Without the add-on, no AI feature is on in your organization. Matching, routing and every other feature still work by hand.
Help that stays accountable.
Cites what it used
Every answer names the exact versions of the policies, concepts and sources behind it.
Only what you may see
The Assistant uses only content the asking person is allowed to see. Restricted modules stay out of its reach.
Nothing happens without a person
It never publishes, approves, maps or sends on its own. A named person accepts each change, and the acceptance is recorded.
Usage you can see
Administrators see how much of the allowance is used and can adjust the controls for their organization.
Before you ask.
Do we need it?
No. Every feature works without it. It is a separate add-on, priced from the same numbers as your plan.
Is client information sent to a model?
Do not put client information into the product until the business associate agreement and the model paperwork are confirmed. The security page says where that stands.
Can it make us accredited?
No. It helps you prepare. The accreditor or state agency makes every decision.
Add it when it helps.
