What a BAA is
A business associate agreement is the contract HIPAA requires when a service provider handles protected health information for a covered entity.
When you need one
Most readiness work, such as policies, drills and training, needs no client information. If your organization will store client or patient information in Accreditation OS, we sign a BAA with you before any of that information is loaded.
