The agreement
These terms are between the organization that signs up for Accreditation OS (you) and Campbell Family Holdings Group LLC (we), which makes Accreditation OS. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
The service
Accreditation OS is software that helps organizations prepare for accreditation and state licensing: a library of requirements mapped to accreditor standards and laws, with tools for policies, evidence, training, incidents and related records.
It supports your preparation. It does not make you accredited, licensed or compliant; the accreditor or agency makes every decision. Nothing in the service is legal advice.
Accounts
Your administrators decide who can use your organization's account and what each person can see. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping sign-in details secure.
Your content
You own the content you put into Accreditation OS. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you. We do not sell your content.
Plans and payment
Plans run for a 12-month term and renew automatically for another 12 months unless you turn off renewal before the term ends. Monthly billing is a 12-month commitment. There is no free trial.
Our orders are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the merchant of record for all orders and handles billing, sales tax and payment questions. You can pay by card, or by invoice paid by bank transfer. Prices are shown before you buy. Refunds follow our refund policy.
AI features
AI features propose answers and drafts. They can be wrong. A person in your organization reviews and accepts anything before it is used.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service: no attempts to access other organizations' data, no unlawful content, and no reselling the service without our written agreement.
Ending the agreement
You can turn off renewal at any time; your plan ends at the end of the current term. We may suspend an account for non-payment or misuse. When an account ends, administrators can export their data first.
Warranties and liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
