An accreditor, a state rule, a county code and a funder contract often ask for the same thing in different words. Teams keep a binder for each, and the same drill record is copied into all of them.
We write each requirement once, in our own words, as a concept, and map it to every source that asks for it. You work it once and see every source it satisfies, with the proof attached.

The accreditor or state agency decides. We never say that a score, a mapping or a report makes anyone accredited, licensed or compliant.

Evidence has a type, a period, a reviewer and an expiry. What is missing or unknown stays visible.

The Assistant proposes. Nothing is published, approved, mapped or sent until a named person accepts it.
We say what is true today.
Coverage has a status for every source. A module that is not ready is not shown to customers. We use no customer logos, quotes or numbers that are not real.
